Meet Josh Holyfield, an Army Veteran with over 15 years of experience supporting the US Army and Special Operations. Since discovering his passion for fitness in 2005, he has used it to overcome the mental and emotional challenges of military service and transitioning to civilian life.
In 2019, he founded "The Josh Holyfield Project," and has since helped over 50,000 men transform their bodies and minds using sustainable habit-building techniques. With a track record of building and scaling two 7-figure online businesses, Josh now dedicates his time to empowering men worldwide through coaching and programming that fosters lasting change.
Meet Coach James Childress, a retired U.S. Army SFC with 15 years of service and over 20 years of experience in various fitness arenas, including CrossFit, powerlifting, and strongman competitions. Our program welcomes participants of any fitness level. However, be prepared for an intense and challenging experience that will push your limits. If you commit to the program, your body will transform and you'll discover your true potential.
Expect to dedicate about 2 hours per day, 5 days a week, to workouts, readings, and writing assignments.
We provide fully customized meal plans for each member based on their macros, preferences, restrictions, and goals.
The program is designed to accommodate various equipment setups. However, we recommend having at least a squat rack, adjustable bench, Olympic barbell with weights, and dumbbells.
We use the Marco Polo app for daily communication and accountability, along with weekly Zoom check-ins with the entire team.
Throughout the entire 12 weeks, you'll be part of the same Fireteam cohort.
Members can make up missed workouts on weekends. It's expected that each participant maintains at least 80% completion of all workouts and required training.
Progress is tracked in our mobile app, where you can access your program and nutrition plan. Your coach will provide feedback and optimize your plan based on the results observed.
To help members stay motivated and accountable, we offer a mobile app group, Marco Polo communication, and a 25,000-member Facebook group.
The program costs one payment of $500 or six payments of $100. Refunds are only offered if a customer completes the 12 weeks and is unsatisfied with the results or experience. No refunds are provided if a participant is dropped from the program due to non-compliance.
After completing the 12-week program, graduates have the opportunity to join Fireteams Elite, an advanced 12-week coaching experience designed to take your progress to the next level. Additionally, we offer one-on-one coaching and self-paced programs tailored to individual goals, budget, and equipment availability. This ensures ongoing support and continued engagement within the Fireteam community.
